Returns & Refunds
At DXB Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products only.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

Orders must be in the original packaging with all labels intact.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
2️⃣ How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us via email at info@dxbscents.co.za. Include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return
We will respond promptly with instructions for returning your item.
3️⃣ Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our side (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Use a reliable courier to ensure the product reaches us safely.
4️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or damaged item.
5️⃣ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately via info@dxbscents.co.za with:

We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Returns without prior approval from DXB Scents may not be accepted.
